| 摘 要： | 越南南北经济统一后,迅速建立起高度集中的计划经济体制。集权体制导致国民经济濒于崩溃。在国内外诸多因素作用和推动下,1986年底越南着手革新传统计划体制。经过10多年的改革,越南取得了举世瞩目的成就。其主要经验有:确立了符合社会发展规律的社会主义发展阶段;采取了符合本国实际的转轨方式;具有科学的理论和正确的思想路线作指导。

| Abstract: | The planned economy system was established rapidly just after the national union between thenorth and the south in Vietnam,which nearly led to the national economic crisis. Vietnam began to carry outthe reform of the traditional planned system in 1986 and has made extraordinary progress with its reformsince then. Its success lies in establishing a right socialist developing phase,adopting the suitable transitionalmodel with the correct and scientific theory as a guideline. |
