| 摘 要： | 从共生理论的视角来分析和研究第三方支付平台的小企业融资业务运作模式,指出这种融资模式对社会信用体系建设、促进小企业与银行信贷业务发展方面的积极作用及其存在的一些不足之处,并提出对第三方支付机构和政府监管主体的要求。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of symbiosis theory, an analysis and research is made on the operation mode of small - scaled enterprises （SSE） financing based on the platform for third - party payment, illustrating the positive role of this financing model in the social credit system construction, promotion of development for SSE and b~king credit business, and also existing shortcomings in it. Specific making requirements for the third party payment and governmerit regulatory body are also presented. |
