| 摘 要： | 领导艺术和个人风格是维护组织系统正常运转、实现组织目标不可忽视的重要问题。领导艺术的基础在于其综合性、特殊性和有效性。个人风格是运用领导艺术的突出表现,个人风格适用于各种不同的领导环境。领导者应不断提升领导素质,提高运用领导艺术的水平和能力。

| Abstract: | The leader's art and his individual style serve as an important issue for the normal operation of any organization system and the realization of any organization objectives. The basis of a leader's art gives prominence to the comprehensiveness, particularity and validity. His individual style is a typical reflection to the exertion of leader's art and becomes suitable to any different environment of his work. One should strive to promote his proficiency and ability to exert leader's art as well as his diathesis. |
