| 摘 要： | 通过对厂内物流、精益生产特点及其关系的分析,指出只有在精益思想的指引下推进厂内物流的整合才能实现真正的精益生产,同时对在精益方式下如何改进厂内物流提出了一些建议,对国内企业厂内物流的改进具有指导意义。
