| 摘 要： | 在大力推进产业集群政策的近二十年间,澳大利亚已经出现了酒类、旅游、可再生能源、教育和信息技术等一系列具备国际竞争力的产业集群。本文从澳大利亚阿得莱德都市地区、昆士兰州极北部地区以及新南威尔士州亨特地区等三个典型地区的产业集群发展案例入手,分析了澳大利亚各级政府在推进区域产业集群成长过程中的政策实践和经验。在此基础上,对我国发展产业集群进程中政府的角色和作用提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | In the past 20 years, Australia has developed a series of globally competitive regional clusters in winery, tourism, sustainable energy, education and IT industries etc. Based on 3 brief case studies of 3 typical Australian regions, the paper attempts to explore the government policies and experiences from the cluster development in these regions. Finally , suggestion are given on the roles and functions of the government to foster industrial cluster in China. |
