| 摘 要： | 经济因素是新加坡高校汇集世界一流人才主要的原因。新加坡高校利用充足经费汇集人才:兴建完美的校园环境,创造一流的学习科研条件,向人才提供丰厚的工资福利待遇。中国高校可以从中得到一定启示:要加大教育投入、营造良好环境及提高人才工资福利待遇。 |

| Abstract: | Economic factors prove the main reasons for the singaporean universities to achieve talent gathering.These universities utilize the sufficient fund to build well-facilted campus and make rather generous compensation policies to attract talents all over.Chinese univesities should benefit from these experienes by increasing the input in education,building friendly environment and improve the compersation system. |
