| 摘 要： | 协商民主是20世纪末期西方政治学界兴起的一种新的民主理论范式。从结构政治学的视角出发,结合地方民主实践,从价值、程序、制度的三维角度对协商民主进行了论述,阐述了协商民主的深层内涵和价值意蕴,分析了协商民主是我国构建和谐社会的重要政治选择。

| Abstract: | The deliberative democracy was a new kind of democratic theory paradigm rising from western political scholar in the late 20th century.From the perspective of structural politics,combining with the local democratic practice,this paper discussed the deliberative democracy from three layers of value,procedure,institution,expatiated on the deep connotation and meaning of value and analyzed that deliberative democracy was an important political choice to construct harmonious society. |
