| 摘 要： | 基于2007年武汉市城镇居民的主观幸福感数据,本文对收入、工作单位与主观幸福感之间的关系进行考察。研究结果表明,绝对收入对主观幸福感有显著的正影响,而收入差距对主观幸福感有负影响,收入-幸福悖论并不成立。同时,在控制其他因素后,与在政府机关及国企事业单位工作的个体相比,在其他单位工作的群体的主观幸福感水平更低;如果考虑不同工作单位对个体主观幸福感所产生的影响,随着在其他单位工作的人的收入增加,由于工作单位的性质差异导致的主观幸福感差异在两者之间逐渐缩小。

| Abstract: | Based on the subjective well-being(SWB) data of urban Wuhan in 2007,the paper discusses relationships among income,work unit and SWB.Being different from the existing literature,the paper surveys the interaction effect between income and work unit on SWB.The results imply that absolute income has significantly positive effect on SWB,and income difference has negative effect on SWB.There is no Easterlin Paradox existing in urban Wuhan.Moreover,after controlling other factors,compared with people that work in... |
