| 摘 要： | 在对长序列累积创新中的可专利性要求进行研究的过程中，我们发现，在不存在前向专利宽度时，可专利性要求不仅不能对企业创新投资起促进作用，反而还会减少企业创新投资水平。其原因是可专利性要求降低了企业成为“在位者”的可能，从而降低了企业创新的预期收益。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the patentability in cumulative innovation. Different from literature, we find that the patentability can not offer enough incentive to the innovators. Instead it can inhibit the innovation investment because patentability can reduce the possibility of innovators as a leader and lowers the expectation profits of innovators. |
