我国食品物流外包的思考与探索

我国的食品物流市场十分巨大,但食品物流中的控温性、需求区域的广阔性、物流设备的专业性、流通加工的及时性等特性,决定了食品物流应采用物流外包的形式。这种形式对食品企业来说,有利于其优化资源配置、降低物流成本、加速商品周转、减少经营风险、提升管理效率、提高运作柔性、精简组织机构、增强质量监督等。食品物流外包在国外有许多可借鉴的经验,在借鉴这些先进经验的基础上,我国食品物流外包应制定相应程序,促进食品零售和批发企业的物流外包,建立专业的食品物流配送中心,并大力发展第三方物流。
