| 摘 要： | 针对太仓市服务外包产业发展现状，对服务外包产业面临的问题及原因进行深入分析，指出缺乏规模化企业、出口利润缩水、人才短缺、在岸业务受约等问题。在此基础上，从扩大规模、推进企业业务转型、加强人才培养、释放在岸服务市场等方面提出了相应对策建议。

| Abstract: | After making an investigation of the status quo of the service outsourcing industry m tmcang troy, this paper first analyzes the main factors affecting the industry＇s development, then points out its problems, including no large scale enterprises, profit decrease of exports, shortage of human resources, and onshore business restricted etc., and finally proposes some suggestions, such as enlarging the enterprise＇s scale, speeding up the enterprise＇s transformation and upgrading, training more professional workers, and expanding onshore market. |
