城乡二元结构对农民工的影响及对策探析

本文通过分析我国城乡二元结构的产生、二元性的特征以及城乡二元结构对农民工的影响,提出建立城乡统一的劳动力市场,改革公共服务二元供给体制,建立农村公共服务财政供给制度,将农民工纳入社会保障体系,改变教育二元性,促进教育公平,改革土地管理制度,明确农民的土地产权等对策。
