教师参与大学生党建工作的研究与实践

高校教师是青年学生成长的引路人和指导者，在大学生入党动机教育、学生党员培训、培养、学生党建理论研究等方面有着明显的优势和不可替代的作用。教师参与大学生党建工作，可通过专业教师组织社会实践，“三高”党员教师担任党支部书记，发动教师参与党建理论研究，搭建党员教师宣讲团，聘请离退休党员教师担任组织员等途径进行。

Research and Practice on the Participation of Teachers in the Party Construction for Students

As pathfinders and instructors in the growth of young students, teachers in colleges and universities can set them a good example in their own specific way in the motivation education of joining the Party, the training and etdtivation, and the participation in the research on the Party construction theory. It is coneluded that the participation of teachers in the Party construction for students can be approached in the following aspects： arranging the social praetice organized by profes- sional teaehers, holding the post of the Party secretary from the Party teachers with high ideological consciousness, high professional skills and good performance, inviting teachers to participate in the research on the Party construction theory, organizing preaching teams from the Party teachers, and holding the post of organizational staff from the Party teachers re- fired.
