创新型企业是承担国家创新的微观基础，是推动经济增长与社会发展的重要力量。创新型企业人力资本合理地参与企业收益分配是创新型企业成长的关键性因素之一。国内外学者主要从人力资本促进经济增长、人力资本产权收益以及实证分析等角度对人力资本参加收益分配问题进行了研究。

Research Review of the Participation of Innovative Enterprise Human Capital into the Profit Distribution

Innovative enterprises are not only the micro foundation for the undertaking of the innovation for a nation but also one of the most important forces for the promotion of the economic growth and social development. And the rational participation of innovative enterprise human capital into the profit distribution serves as one of the key factors to the growth of innovative enterprises. And it is concluded that researches have been made by scholars at home and abroad on the issues to the participation of human capital into the profit distribution from the perspective of the promotion of human capital to the economic growth, the property income of human capital and those empirical analysis.
