摘    要:构建高校辅导员队伍建设可持续机制是做好新时期高校思想政治工作的重要保障,是培养高素质人才的必然要求。实现高校辅导员队伍建设的可持续目标,应建立严格的选拔任用机制、系统的培养培训体系、科学合理的考评机制和公证有效的激励机制。.

Abstract:The establishment of the sustainable.mechanism of the teem construction for ideological and political instruc- tors in colleges and universities is the important guarantee, as the necessity of high quality talents cultivation, to the fulfill- ment of ideological and political work in colleges and universities during the new periods. Hence, it is necessary, for the re- alization of the sustainable objectives in that teem construction, to set up the strict mechanism of selection and appointment, the systematical cultivation and training system, the rational and scientific evaluation mechanism, and the fair and effective incentive mechanism.
