| 摘 要： | 可持续竞争优势是企业实现持续成长的基石。当前,日益动态复杂化的企业竞争环境对竞争优势的持续带来了巨大挑战,从而要求我们重新审视传统的竞争优势理论。文章对竞争优势理论丛林中的外生论和内生论进行了整合,从环境、资源、能力、制度等四个维度分析了企业可持续竞争优势的产生基础,并对这四个要素之间的协同互动关系进行分析,从而为动态环境中企业可持续竞争优势的实现提供了一个整合的分析视角。
