| 摘 要： | 产业是国民经济发展的载体，它的发展离不开资本及相关的技术、人才的支撑。而作为资本和产业的联系纽带，私募股权基金的存在与发展可以促进产业结构调整、提高产业自主创新能力和促进企业产权制度改革。我国资本市场目前的水平还远远不能适应中国经济发展的需要。要改变这种状况，必须积极发展私募股权基金。文章从政策法律、运作机制、市场认可等方面提出了我国私募股权基金的发展对策。
