| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告提出，全面建设小康社会，到2020年基本实现工业化，必须走新型工业化道路。新型工业化道路是一条前无古人的崭新的工业化道路，本文从多角度对新型工业化道路问题进行研究和探索，以期对实践有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The report of the 16th Party Congress points out that we should follow the new industrialization road to build comparatively well-off society and basically realize industrialization by 2020.It's a new unprecedental industrialization road.The authore attempts to study and explore the problems of the new industrialization road from different angles in the hope that it will be helpful to practice. |
