The transaction of state-owned property rights has become a major way in the liquidization and reorganization of the enormous state-owned assets.The real value of the transacted property is the core of the transaction.In the past few years,a large amount of state-owned assets suffered from the loss caused by inappropriate pricing.The article focus on the elements affecting the rational pricing in the transaction and analyze the process in which an accepted equilibrium price formed.At last,the article provide some suggestions for better pricing.
