| 摘 要： | 农产品物流对人民的生活、农产品加工企业的发展具有重要的意义。本文采用实地调研与查阅资料相结合的方法,对比精益思想中有关产生浪费的各个方面,分析了山东半岛地区（具体包括青岛、烟台、威海）农产品物流中的浪费问题根源,并从价值确定、价值主张、价值交付三个方面提出了实现农产品精益物流的对策。
