| 摘 要： | 该文通过总结湖南农民专业组织的现状与特点,对照建设新农村的要求,分析了农民专业合作组织对新农村建设的影响和作用,进一步提出了加快发展湖南农民专业合作组织的建议:即理顺管理体制,健全内部管理,壮大规模,加大扶持力度等。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the present status and characteristics of Hunan farmers’ specialized cooperative organization,analyzes its influences and role on new rural area construction according to the requirement for constructing new rural areas,and puts forward the suggestion of speeding the development of Hunan farmers’specialized cooperative organization,i. e. tidying up the administration system,strengthening interior management,expending its scale and increasing support strength,etc. |
