| 摘 要： | 近几年来,我国实行的积极财政政策对推动经济快速增长功不可没,但其在制约经济的可持续发展和社会的公平性方面的弊端,随着国家大力推进构建社会主义和谐社会的伟业中日益显现,为解决这个矛盾,党中央做出了实施稳健的财政政策新的决策,这一决策有利于我国经济的可持续发展和社会的稳定,为构建和谐社会创造了好的环境和条件.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the implementing of a positive financial policy has promoted the national economy quickly. But it presents more disadvantages in restricting sustainable economic development and social fair in the process of establishing a harmonious socialist society. To solve this problem, the CPC Central Committee made a new decision of implementing prudent financial policy. It is helpful to the sustainable development of our economy and the stability of our society. It creates good surroundings and conditions for the establishment of a harmonious socialist society. |
