| 摘 要： | 瞬息万变的社会经济和科技环境给日益增多的大型物流项目带来了很多的不确定因素,由此产生的项目风险大,失败率高的问题越来越多,文中结合现代项目管理理论对物流项目的风险管理进行了探索和浅析,对如何避免和化解物流项目风险,降低风险损失提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The fast changing of social economic and technological conditions have brought a lot of uncertain factors to the increasingly large logistics project,and so,the problem of high risk and high failure rates of the project is more and more.This paper probes and analyses logistics project risk management combining with modern project management theory,and presents some suggestions on preventing and defusing the logistics project risk and reducing the risk loss. |
