2000年以来西部地区经济重心变动研究

西部大开发以来,西部地区经济重心持续由西南向东北方向移动,表明西部地区经济增长速度差异在不断扩大。文章采用相对静态偏离—份额分析法对西部十二省区的经济增长做了分解。研究发现,西部地区经济增长速度差异主要源于各省第二产业竞争力的差异。为了促进各地区的协调发展,保证新一轮西部大开发战略的顺利实施,西部大开发政策应做有针对性的适度调整,更加注重调整产业结构,发展特色产业,提高产业的核心竞争力。

The Changes of Economic Barycenter in Western Region Since 2000

Since the development of the western region,the economic barycenter of the western region continued to shift from southwest to northeast.It shows that the disparity of the economy growth rate has expanded inceasingly in western region in our country.In this paper,the author used the method of relatively static shift-share to analyse the economic growth of 12 western provinces.The study found that the main reason of the disparity of the economic growth rate came from the disparity of the secondary industry competition.In order to promote the coordinated development and to ensure the smooth implementation of the new round of wester development strategy,the western development policy should be adjusted properly and targeted to readjust the industrial structure,develop characteristic industry and improve the core competition of the industry.
