| 摘 要： | 始于20世纪90年代的农村社会养老保险,历经十多年,发展缓慢,一度陷入停滞,面对农村社会日益增加的养老新压力、新需求,各地出现了一些新形式、新探索,研究表明,进一步加强财政补贴,扩大统筹范围,规范基金管理,将新＂农保＂纳入金保工程等措施,可使农村养老保险的整体局面进一步拓展和完善。

| Abstract: | The rural pension insurance began in the 1990s.After more than 10 years,its development has been slow and even was at a standstill.Faced with the growing rural pension needs,in some places it started a new exploration and achieved some results.The research shows that we should strengthen the financial subsidies,expand the scope of co-ordination,standardize fund management and put the peasants insurance into the insurance system to make the whole situation of the rural pension insurance improving and perfecting further. |
