吉林省农村金融发展的对策研究

伴随金融体制改革的不断深化,吉林省农业基础设施薄弱、农村社会事业发展滞后、城乡居民收入差距扩大的矛盾依然突出。因此,要通过对政策金融、商业金融、合作金融的功能进行重新定位和调整,强化政策性金融职能,深化农村信用社体制改革,引导农村民间金融健康发展,从而使农村金融的整体服务功能得到强化。
