| 摘 要： | SEYDEL679型拉断机是毛条车间的主要生产设备。目前拉断机使用的花键轴价格较高,一根价格为2100元,而且消耗量较大。我们依靠科技进步,挖潜增效,推行现代化目标方针管理,进行技术改造,保证装置“安、稳、长、满、优”生产。为此我们认真研究拉断机的工作原理、传动形式,从拉断机的花键轴上入手,彻底改变现状。

| Abstract: | The SEYDEL679 machine is the central productive equipments of the top workshop. Spline axes's price of the SEYDEL679 is higher currently, its price is 2100 yuan RMB, and wasting quantity is very great. We depend on the science and technology progress, dig potential in order to increase benefit, promote the modern target management, carry on technique reformation, and the promise device“Safety, Steady, Long, Full and Excellent”production. For this, we study work principle and transmission form of the SEYDEL679, decide to begin from spline axes of the SEYDEL679, and change present condition thoroughly. |
