大学生村官适岗状况与发展机制问题研究

Research on Adaption and Developing Mechanism of Student Village Official

Hiring college graduates to serve in rural areas can promote the construction of new socialist countryside, cultivate rural officers and increase the primary organization vigor. This article analyzes the adaption situation of student village official and researches the adjustment of cultivating mechanism, the efficient development plan and management.
