论按要素分配与按劳分配的关系——兼与周为民、陆宁商榷

按生产要素分配,从质的规定性说,是按生产要素的所有权分配;从量的规定性说,是按生产要素的贡献分配或按生产要素的数量和质量分配。所谓按劳分配,分为马克思的按劳分配与我国现阶段的按劳分配。按生产要素分配与按劳分配的关系,实质上包含着四个方面含义的问题。在我国现阶段的按生产要素分配与按劳分配的关系问题上,按劳分配是按生产要素分配的一个方面、一个部分,按劳分配包括在按生产要素分配中。所以,按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合是一个根本就不存在的命题。

On the Relations between Distribution According to Production Factors and Distribution According to Work

In terms of quality,distribution according to production factors means the distribution is conducted according to the ownership the production factors.In terms of quantity,it is implemented according to the contribution of the production factors,or the quantity or quality of the production factor.The distribution according to work can be divided into two stages: Marx's idea and China's current practice.There are four aspects in the relationships between the distribution according to production factors and the distribution according to work.China currently adopts the distribution according to work,which uses one aspect of the distribution according to the production factor.That is to say,the distribution according to work is integrated into the distribution according to production factors.Therefore,the combination of the two distributions is not valid at all.
