| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了循环经济的概念特征,以及国内外推行循环经济的成功经验和主要措施,阐述了在城市化进程中推行循环经济的现实意义。对我国城市化进程中推行循环经济提出三方面的对策建议:①调整城市及所在区域的产业结构,执行环境政策;②加快城市工业生态系统建设;③部署系统性的城市发展战略。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concept and characteristics of circular economy.It also looks at the succeed experiences and key measures with regard to circle economy pursuit from both home and abroad.Specifically the paper sets forth the practical significance of circular economy in the process of urbanization and offers a proposal from the following aspects: readjust the industrial structure of urban and location area,and carry out environmental policy;accelerating the improvement of urban industrial ecological system;systematically layout urban development strategy. |
