| 摘 要： | 高新技术及其产业作为新经济的支柱和标志,成为世界各国政府和企业促进经济高速发展的动力。为此选取哈尔滨市四大高新技术产业(生物医药、新材料、光机电一体化和电子信息)发展的数据,运用因子分析法对高新技术产业发展能力水平进行定量分析,并对分析结果给出了促进高新技术产业良性发展的对策。
