Analysis on the Comparative Advantage and Competition Advantage of Developing Country

People often are confused by the concepts of comparative advantage and competition advan- tage; however, possessing of comparative advantage does not necessarily result to competition advantage for many developing countries. It expatiates the development of the comparative advantage in this article, and analyses the decisive factors of competition advantage. It points out that it is necessary for developing countries to change the export orient and increase innovation and technology of their comparative advan- tage, in order to improve their competition advantage.
