当代中国经济转型中的生态风险及其治理

当前，中国正处于由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转变时期。在这一过程中，由于人们对科技无节制地运用、人类对主体性的过度张扬以及社会主义市场经济本身的不完备性，经济转型过程中出现了严重的环境问题。环境的恶化使生态结构出现紊乱，生态功能不断减弱，引发了生态风险。为了有效地治理生态风险，我们必须大力开展全民生态启蒙教育，提高全民生态风险意识；建立科学的生态风险管理机制，有效地应对生态风险；树立人与自然平等和谐的生态伦理，使人与自然共存共荣；进行生态风险的全球治理，使全人类能共享生态发展成果。
