| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济发展，农地入市问题日益凸显，已成为社会矛盾的一个根源。本文运用文献资料法和政策分析法对农地直接入市的内涵、溯源以及我国现行农地入市制度的弊端进行深入分析，进而分析现阶段我国实行农地直接入市的积极意义，并从深化土地管理制度改革、合理分配土地收益、加快集体土地产权制度改革等方面提出农地直接入市的保障措施。 |
