| 摘 要： | 近年来，大型连锁超市作为零售业的一种新型业态带来了商业的第二次革命，并且在迅速而蓬勃地发展起来。文章从配送设施、管理和效率等方面分析了当前大型连锁超市所存在的问题，并有针对性地从共同配送、信息化建设和与第三方物流合作等方面提出了自己的建议。
