| 摘 要： | 在目前集装箱制造行业转型升级的背景下，以某集装箱制造公司的特箱生产系统为例，构建混流生产系统运行绩效的评价指标体系，运用组合评价法对运行绩效进行评价。借鉴平衡计分卡的分析思路，对特箱生产系统的生产管理给出了相关的决策建议。此研究成果对其他制造型混流生产系统具有实际的指导意义。

Evaluation of Operation Performance of Flow Manufacturing System based on Combination Evaluation Method |

| Abstract: | In container manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading of the background , we taking the special production line of a container manufacturing company as an example , evaluation index system of flow manufacturing system operating performance, using a combination of assessment methods to evaluate the perfor-mance of the operation. Referring to the theory of balanced score card , some suggestions of related production management of special production line were given. This research results to other manufacturing mixed productions ystem has practical significance. |
