河北省科技型中小企业发展潜力影响因素研究——基于结构方程模型

为探究科技型中小企业发展潜力影响因素，基于TS市调查数据，采用结构方程模型，分析外部发展环境、企业创新能力、企业资源实力、企业组织能力4个因子对科技型中小企业发展潜力的影响。结果显示：外部发展环境、企业创新能力、企业资源实力、企业组织能力均对科技型中小企业发展潜力产生正向显著影响，其中企业创新能力影响最为重要。据此提出相关措施建议以提升科技型中小企业发展潜力。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Development Potential of Science and Technology SMES in Hebei Province:Based on structural equation model

In order to explore the influencing factors of development potential of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, based on the survey data of TS city, the structural equation model is used to analyze the influence of external development environment, enterprise innovation ability, enterprise resource strength and enterprise organization ability on the development potential of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. The results show that external development environment, enterprise innovation ability, enterprise resource strength and enterprise organization ability all have a positive impact on the development potential of technology-based smessignificantly, and enterprise innovation ability is the most important factor. Accordingly, relevant measures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the development potential of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises.
