我国企业绿色采购实施现状及建议

在当今资源短缺、生态环境恶化的形势下,建立可持续的生产和消费模式势在必行。企业是资源能源消耗和污染物排放的主体,推行企业绿色采购是实现经济可持续增长的重要途径。这需要政府主管部门了解绿色采购的内涵、特点以及我国企业绿色采购现状及存在的问题,从而有效地引导企业发展绿色经济。

The Status quo and Suggestions on Green Purchase of Enterprises in China

Because the natural resource and environment problem is increasingly serious,it is necessary to build a sustainable producion and consumption pattern.As the important parts of resource consuming and environment polluting,enterprises should take sustainable development into consideration in purchasing activities.This paper introduced the defination and characteristic of the green purchase,and two cases of green purchasing practices of international famous enterprises,then analyzed the status quo on the enterprises green purchase in China,and made some suggestions to the government on how to lead the enterprise green purchase in practice.
