“两型社会”背景下张家界生态城市建设研究

生态城市建设是＂两型社会＂背景下张家界实现新跨越的重大机遇与历史使命,是张家界实现可持续发展的必然选择。近年来张家界生态城市建设取得了巨大成就,但其生态环境保护与地方经济发展矛盾升级、规划管理滞后、城市基础建设落后以及生态创建机制不健全等问题也较为突出。张家界应抓紧实施全国性的生态补偿制度,积极推进生态城市建设指标完成,进一步完善城市基础设施建设,培育发展生态经济,营造良好的生态文化环境,争做湖南＂两型社会＂建设的排头兵。

Research on Ecotype Construction in Zhangjiajie City Base on Resource Saving and Environment Friendly Society

The ecotype construction is the significant opportunities and historic mission to achieve a new leap forward of Zhangjiajie base on resource saving and environment friendly society,and also is the inevitable choice to achieve sustainable development.In recent years,Zhangjiajie has made great achievements about the eco-city construction,but there are many prominent problems including the contradictions upgrade between its ecological and environmental protection and local economic development,planning and management and urban infrastructure is lag,eco-creation mechanism is not perfect and so on.Zhangjiajie should pay close attention to the implementation of the national ecological compensation system,actively promote the construction indicators of ecological city,further improve the urban infrastructure,foster the development of eco-economy,and create a good ecological and cultural environment to become Hunan vanguard of the construction of resource saving and environment friendly society.
