| 摘 要： | 传统法律教学方法难于唤起学习对象的学习主动性,往往导致被动式学习。诊所法律教育将法律教育的理论学习和实践学习有效结合,为学生提供真实的学习情境,使学生通过诊所教学的方式直面当事人,打破理论与实践的界限,从而真正实现法律教育的本质,即法律教育其实质为职业教育。

| Abstract: | Traditional legal teaching methods is difficult to arouse motivation to learn of learning objects,and often leads to passive learning.Clinical Legal Education effectively combines theoretical study with practical learning in legal education to provide students with real learning situations,so that students face the parties to break the gap between theory and practice,that is,legal education and its essence as vocational education. |
