| 摘 要： | 中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第六次全体会议通过《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,决定明确了坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,努力建设社会主义文化强国,加强文化法制建设,一手抓繁荣、一手抓管理,推动文化事业和文化产业全面协调可持续发展。文化体制改革离不开法律文化的构建,法律文化的构建对社会发展具有良性促进作用。 |
