| 摘 要： | 休闲体育越来越引起人们的重视,在休闲体育的发展和普及过程中高校的作用不能被忽视。高校开展休闲体育,最重要的一点就是休闲体育课程内容的构建。休闲体育课程内容的构建要从理论与技术两方面入手,理论课程需对内涵、概念以及技能知识进行设置,技术课程需从运动体验、培养技能与自我体验的构建入手。 |

| Abstract: | Leisure sports has been paid more and more attention and the role of universities in the process of development and popularization of leisure sports can not be ignored.For colleges and Universities recreational sports,the most important point is the course content,which should from the theoretical and technical aspects.Theoretical courses require the content,concepts,skills and knowledge,and technical courses require the experience,skills to master and experience to build. |
