论贸易投资一体化条件下的利益分配问题

经典的贸易条件理论,是建立在国际间生产要素不流动的假设之下的,因此,贸易条件理论能够揭示各国间的贸易利益分配。但是随着跨国公司的发展,国际贸易和国际投资日益融合,要素国际间不流动的前提已经消失。在贸易投资一体化条件下,一国贸易条件的变化无法正确反映贸易利益的分配和得益的变动;国际贸易和国际投资的交叉渗透使得各国在总体利益扩大的同时,模糊了贸易利益和投资利益的界限。随着国际分工的深化,各国参与利益分配的基础由产品分工发展成为要素分工,国际贸易和国际投资利益分配机制复杂化了。

Income Distribution Based on Integration of International Trade and Investment

Classic analysis on terms of trade which is based on the assumption of immobility of international factor,can explain the income distribution between different countries.However,with the development of transnational corporations and the integration of international trade and investment,factors are no longer internationally immobile.Under such circumstances,the change in terms of trade cannot reflect the trade income distribution and variation of one country.The integration of international trade and investment may increase the total profit of all countries,and blur the division of trade income and investment income as well.With the deepening of international division of labor,every country gets involved in income distribution on the base of factor division rather than product division.Therefore,the distribution mechanism of trade income and investment income becomes more complicated.
