网络环境下高校图书馆的信息服务转变

图书馆的网络环境是指以计算机技术为基础的信息交互网络,是图书馆内部网络与外部网络的总称。随着这种网络环境的出现,图书馆传统服务长期依赖的资源体系和服务环境被打破,出现了现代计算机技术带来的传统操作手段的改变以及知识介质的改变。但网络化浪潮给图书馆在提出了严峻的挑战的同时,也带来新的发展机遇,因为网络技术对图书馆的信息采集、信息加工、信息服务环节都提出了新的要求,因此在现有基础上构筑新型的、重在信息与知识提供的服务模式势在必行。

On the Information Service Transition of the University Library under Network Environment

The network environment of the university library, including both the interior and the exterior network, is the information interactive network, in which information technology plays a leading role. The new network environment brings about the reform on the traditional information service, thus transforming the old means and knowledge medium. It is the trend to set up the new, information-focused service system in that the network environment calls for innovation in information collection, communication as well as service to meet the new challenge.
