烟化回收氧化矿中有价多金属的生产实践

摘    要:氧化矿经破碎后,按冶炼渣型要求,与一定量的铁矿和石粉混合,以冷料的形式加入烟化炉进行挥发处理,周期作业。烟化温度为1 200~1 250℃,投料和熔化时间为2~3 h。熔化后前2 h是锌、铅、锑氧化、还原挥发阶段,后2 h为锡硫化挥发阶段,大部分的有价金属经氧化还原与硫化挥发后以氧化物的形式进到布袋收尘回收。烟尘的产出率约为22%,有价金属回收率分别为锌78%、锡90%、铅93%、锑80%、铟70%。

A Case of Recovering Valuable Metals from Oxide Ores

Abstract:The cold oxide ores,mixed with a certain amount of iron ore and stone powder after crushing according to the requirements of smeltering slag,are processed and cycled in the fuming furnace for volatile treatment.The smolder temperature should be 1 200 to 1 250℃,and the feeding and melting time two to three hours.Zinc,lead and antimony can be oxidized and reduced in the first two volatile hours and tin sulfuration needs another two hours.Most valuable metals oxidized after the process are advanced and collected in bags.The output of soot is about 22%.The recovery of the metals zinc,tine, lead,antimony are indium is respectively 78%,90%,93%,80%,70%.
