| 摘 要： | 从阐述心理契约内涵的基础上，分析了作为个体的农户与政府科技管理部门心理契约特点，并基于心理契约理论对目前存在的政府科技管理实践中的问题提出了几点理论性建议，以期推动政府科技兴农战略实施和为社会主义和谐社会建设提供理论借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyze the three major characteristics of psychological contract between farmer who as a individual and the government House for Science and Technology Management,which based on describing the connotation of the psychological contract,and give some theoretical reference for promoting harmonious development and win-win between farmers and the government. |
