Achievements and Lessons of Foreign Countries' Civilization under the Rule of Law

The CPC’s rule of law is the scientific summation of the country-ruling experience from capitalist and socialist countries’ since modern times. We should assimilate capitalist countries’ excellent political civilization achievements actively, especially the achievements of civilization under the rule of law, and learn from the bitter lessons of Russian and Eastern European countries’ drastic change, which will have a practical significance for putting forward the course of ruling our country by law.
