高职院校科研管理机制创新研究

目前，高职院校科研工作存在科研论文化、制度不健全、发展不均衡、科研定位模糊等诸多问题。其根本原因在于缺乏有效的科研管理机制创新，不能提供良好的激励原动力。因此，高职院校应围绕科研工作的核心导向，找准科研工作定位，采取有效的方略推进科研管理机制的创新。

Mechanism innovation of scientific research management in vocational colleges

At present, a number of problems in the scientific research have occurred in vocational colleges such as form over substance, unsound system, uneven development and vague positioning. The fundamental reasons lie in the lack of effective management mechanism innovation, being unable to provide a good incentive source power. Therefore, vocational colleges should focus on core orientation, identify the exact position, and take effective measures to promote the mechanism innovation in the scientific research management.
