| 摘 要： | 克强指数使用三个经济指标对某些地区经济运行状况进行评估,研究这种评价方法是否适用于所有省份。首先使用Benford法则对克强指数相关指标的各省份2003—2012年年度数据的数据质量进行可靠性研究。在发现铁路货运量指标的数据可靠性存在问题的基础上,对克强指数的指标进行优化改进,改进后的指标体系能够更好地拟合各省经济运行状况。

| Abstract: | Keqiang index uses three economic indicators to assess the situation of the economy in some areas,this paper will examine this evaluation method is applicable to all provinces.Firstly,this paper studied the reliability of Keqiang index related indicators about the provinces’annual data from 2003 to 2012.Then the indicators of Keqiang index is optimized with linear regression.At last the index system was improved to fit the provincial economic situation better. |
