| Abstract: | The public bidding of engineering quantity bill is the international method which is used universally. It is adapted to the market,distributes resource in reason.It is of advantage to the reasonable quotes of constru(?)tion enterprises and could wash out the bad enterprises.The public bidding of engineering quantity bill which benefits managing and controlling the base price of bidding,dispersing risk and so on, is the certain trend of the reformation of engineering project cost system in our country. |
